These are the terms under which KICKVAULT sells Kick accounts carrying global badges at kickbadge.com. By placing an order you accept them. They are written in plain English on purpose. The short version: you buy the account described on the listing, you pay in crypto, payment is final once sent, and you take on the platform risk knowingly.
Who is selling, and who is buying?
The seller is KICKVAULT, the operator of kickbadge.com, referred to here as "we". The buyer is the person who places an order, referred to as "you". You confirm that you are old enough to enter a contract where you live and that you are buying for yourself.
What is being sold?
A Kick account, together with the level of email access stated on its listing, carrying the global badge or badges shown on that listing. Nothing else is included. In particular, we are not selling a badge on its own, a file, artwork, or any right to have a badge added to another account; Kick binds chest collectibles to the account that pulled them, and none of those things exist. The listing fields (followers, subs, registration date, region, email access, 2FA state, stream hours) describe the account as it was when we took it in.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. At checkout the amount is converted into Bitcoin, Litecoin or USDT (TRC-20) at the rate shown at that moment, and you pay that crypto amount to the wallet address displayed.
- Send the exact amount on the correct network. Funds sent on the wrong network or to a different address cannot be recovered by us.
- A crypto payment is final once it is broadcast. There is no chargeback and no cancellation after sending. Refunds exist only under the warranty.
Delivery
For Legendary orders, the Kick login and the email access described on the listing are sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout once the payment reaches confirmation on-chain, normally within minutes. For a Mythic (Unikorn) order, delivery is a live handover through a middleman and is arranged with you directly. Delivery is complete when the credentials have been sent, or the live handover has ended.
Warranty
Each order carries a 72-hour replacement warranty covering login failure and recovery by a previous owner, with a like-for-like replacement or a refund in the currency paid. The full scope, the claim process and the exclusions are on the warranty page, which forms part of these terms.
Your responsibilities after delivery
- Change the Kick password and the email password immediately.
- Enable two-factor authentication on both.
- Sign out any other active sessions.
- Keep the order ID and TXID; you need them for a warranty claim.
Loss of an account that follows from skipping these steps is your responsibility. You are also responsible for how the account is used after handover, including compliance with Kick's rules and the law where you are.
Kick's terms of service and the risk you accept
Kick's terms of service restrict the transfer of accounts between people. By ordering you acknowledge that you know this, that Kick may act against a transferred account, and that such action is not a defect in what we sold and is not covered by the warranty. If you do not accept that risk, do not place an order.

KICKVAULT is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Kick or its operators. "Kick", "Unikorn" and the badge names belong to their owners and are used here only to describe what is on the accounts.
Disputes, law and what this page is not
If something goes wrong, contact support first: Telegram, Discord or [email protected]. Almost every issue is resolved there. These terms are governed by the law of the country the operator is resident in. Write to us first with any dispute and give us 14 days to put it right; only after that does it go to a court there. This page is our agreement with you, not legal advice; if you need advice on your own position, ask a lawyer where you live. We may update these terms, and the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
